Women in Construction 2024

Women in Construction Week 2024 is just getting started and we'd love to hear your thoughts on this important topic!     In some organizations I have seen a change for the better. The culture of most construction companies would have to improve, not only on social media but in actual meaningful work. In the field we would need more hygienic and clean restrooms and easier access to affordable work clothing, PPE and boots.

    I process payroll internally here @ MSH and when I see a woman being added to our team I am happy. We strive to be diverse
