I'm thoroughly impressed as more and more women continue to get involved in the industry, the greater the diversity of any industry the greater the chance for innovation, and consideration for all

Things have improved for women in the construction industry, I completely agree that more opportunities are available in a less caustic environment as well. Important thing is to continue to move forward and upward with that momentum. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for women in this industry.

Having been in Forestry and Construction industries for over 30 years, I can say that I have seen some BIG changes!! My daughters are the next generation of workers, and they are part of the solution - having been raised with laser sharp radars for misogyny, bias, and other gender and race stereotypes. I think it's awesome that these things are being exposed, and addressed, in the offices and construction sites in our country!!
