Women have flourished in the construction industry compared to when I started. This change is better for everyone involved. Having a daughter I am glad she has more options.

I have been in the Industry over 30 years and have seen so much growth for women. I love seeing women in decision making seats. Years ago, that never would have happened. Now companies are embracing diversity and young women have a growing interest in the industry.
