Making sure women are not only hired, but included, developed, promoted into senior positions. We also have started a Womens+ ERG and have a women's mentoring program.

More and more women are coming to the field of construction. I work in construction IT and was so fortunate to work with people that were willing to train me on their day to day so I could help them with innovation.

More High Schools need to return to the ways of providing introductions to the Trades and this should include girls. They need to be shown this is an option for a rewarding career.

We have seen the amount of prospective women employees in the field increase greatly over the past 2-3 years. I expect this trend to continue.

It is absolutely inspiring to hear all the history of women in construction, occupying positions from the job site to the top management. I feel the increasing respect for women in this field, both for the skills and wisdom. Women giving other women opportunities is also gratifying. Let's keep up the excellent work ladies!

I've been employed by electrical union contractors for almost 20 years and I've seen a huge change in the opportunities for women within organizations.
