Promote vocational schools more and bring in speakers to schools to talk about the unions.

This needs to be addressed in the high school age group so young adults know the construction industry is a viable option for all, without having to get a college degree. Skilled labor will always be needed in construction.

We would love to hire more women in the construction field and are trying to market to them. Construction is hard work but very rewarding as well.

More promotion of the trades needed in high schools. I have 2 teens and they have received little to no information.

Train women in our industry and focus on their development just as they have for their male counterparts.

Teaching kids in general about trades and options for careers, get them involved at a younger age to think about their options. It's better now then when I was younger but still room for improvement.
