Start at home letting our little girls play with trucks, dress up like construction workers. Normalize this for our future children. Let them know they can do anything they put their minds to and it's okay to be in construction. Schools should teach this as well.

Like many others have already stated, reaching out to the youth. I don't think young women consider a career in the construction industry because it's not promoted.

Education besides training. There has been an increase of Women in engineering - especially with getting scholarships. There needs to be more programs in trade for women to take electrical and or the experience of operating equipment. There is definitely a shortage of skills workers in construction.

Promote vocational schools more and bring in speakers to schools to talk about the unions I agree with this. It would be great to have speakers at schools

I appreciate everything that being in the construction industry has done to enrich my life. We are indeed lucky to be on the cusp of women in the business.
