Harassment should not be taken lightly or tolerated. There is no reason anyone should endure this at any job for any reason.

Harassment should never be tolerated at any worksite; it is crucial for training to start from the top down and for even small innuendos should never go unnoticed as quickly it can turn into a bigger issue!

It is so unfortunate that with so much progress we have made in equality and hearing the voices of the victims, that it is still such a pervasive issue. Corporate culture starts from the top down. All companies should adopt a zero tolerance policy for harassment, and more importantly, actually enforce it.

There is no reason for any sort of harassment. We are all there for the same reasons. Treat others how you want to be treated.
