I was not surprised with the results, assuming the most optimistic answers are related to the companies directly impacted by the President's construction bill.

From an administrative standpoint and also from a staffing standpoint, I agree that COVID has been a challenge, from finding coverage when someone is sick to keeping up with the latest mandates and requirements to prevent Covid, it has certainly been a challenge and disruption of normal everyday activities.

Thank you for sharing. We have experienced material and labor shortages since early 2020.

I'm still honestly very surprised by the labor shortage when so many people claim they can't find jobs.

Completely agree with the trends. I feel that the labor shortage is the biggest issue we face but until people are not driven by fear and want to get back to work it's not going to get any better.

The fact that labor shortage wasn't on there surprised me a bit. We are having some difficulties in the aspect of recruiting right now.

This data is not all that surprising, given what has occurred over the last couple of years. However, it is disappointing in regard to the labor shortages and I don't foresee that this will get any better. Hiring people seems to be a challenge. However, retaining the good, capable, talent is an obstacle all of its own (especially if remote work is not an option).

I was surprised with all the optimism, don't get me wrong, it is great to see, but with all the negative stuff around us, it surprised me.

Hiring employees(and keeping good employees) will continue to be a challenge for the foreseeable future.

I'm surprised by the material bottlenecks. Hopefully that will ease soon.
