I agree - hiring and retaining good talent remains to be an issue regardless of the added difficulties caused by COVID.

I am kind of surprised by the material bottleneck and price fluctuation percentage. I figured that would be the biggest problem for most!

This seems pretty on par with what I would have anticipated

I was surprised to see that the labor shortage was not at the top of the list. I would agree that cybersecurity and data security are critical right now as many companies continue to invest in technology and integration.

While I think COVID has been a challenge for our company, our biggest issues have come from material shortages. It's impacting our equipment manufacturers (thus impacting us/clients) by increasing lead times and causing pricing increases. I'm surprised that didn't have a higher percentage on the challenges faced this year.

I am most surprised to see that supply chain is not projected to be an issue, or at least did not get mentioned in the pie chart. We have some lead times of more than four months for items that used to be in daily stock. Additionally, we have projects for which start dates have been extended several months, awaiting material.

My nephew is getting into cyber security and is super excited. He loves talking about it all.

We are still having trouble not only hiring but keeping good talent. Remote work is attractive to many workers especially young workers with families.

It is bad that the labor shortage continues despite the multiplicity of jobs available

Hiring seems to be the biggest challenge even if we have the work.
