There shouldn't be a reason any one should be harassed specially at work.

The old adage ‘lead by example' certainly rings true to promote a culture that both recognizes and celebrates diversity. Challenging bigoted behaviour in a workplace and having a system where employees feel empowered to address issues is a great step in the right direction.

Everyone should feel like their work environment is a save place emotionally and no one should ever feel harassed on any job site for any reason!

I appreciate the interactive training tailored to the audience! Each company has a specific culture and if policies, procedures and accountability is focused according to company culture, the training will not only stick better, but everyone can see how to not just avoid the damage but how it can be beneficial to the entire company.

Accountability is a big area I've seen lacking. I hear so many stories of companies dismissing harassment claims for whatever reason, and it just makes it that much harder for people to come forward, seeing they won't get taken seriously or nothing will be done about it except single them out.

It's important companies have policies in place to prevent and address issues as they arise.
