With limited resources and environmental impacts the earth can only be sustained if research and development is focused on maximized efficiencies in all trades while protection our planet.

While there have been great strides in moving toward more eco-friendly building materials and processes, we still have a long way to go. Many companies are still not ‘on board' since costs to transition are still too high in some cases and some companies only see these changes as a hit to their bottom line. I believe that it is a culture that needs to be developed and integrated from the top down, and sadly sometimes it is not possible to ‘teach old dogs new tricks'!
