With Cityworks Office being phased out and the migration to Respond I'm wondering how many customers have completed the migration (dashboards/reports etc.) and what the biggest challenges were.

With Cityworks Office being phased out and the migration to Respond I'm wondering how many customers have completed the migration (dashboards/reports etc.) and what the biggest challenges were.

    Hello @jeremy poss? We have moved almost all of the queries from Office to Respond.

    The biggest hurdle I faced was making sure that all of the query owner's are one account. I created a couple of local accounts for each domain to give ownership to and then added the rights to Groups and domains. If someone has left and they are the owner I had to recreate the query from scratch.

    As far as the Crystal reports our BI team converted them to SSRS reports and then in Respond I created a menu option that opened a separate window.
