When I export work orders to excel, the Initiate Date field gets a 12hr difference in excel. Has anyone seen this?

When I export work orders to excel, the Initiate Date field gets a 12hr difference in excel. Has anyone seen this?

    Hi David,

     

    There was a known issue where the date would change from AM to PM when it was exported.

     

    The fix is to configure the "Short Date Time Format" in Designer>Preferences>Region Settings. We suggest using this format "MM-dd-yyyy-hh-mm tt" for testing but you can update to a different format if needed.
