Webhook using {{SiteBaseUrl}} option works when "Urgent" box is checked, doesn't work when it isn't.
I am trying to update a webhook to use the new (to me) {{SiteBaseUrl}} and {{APIUserToken}} elements to make our webhooks easier to maintain. Currently our webhooks use hard coded URLs and tokens because we were on 15.3 and that's what worked, but we recently upgraded to 15.8.9. I have v1.3 of the message queue service running directly on the Cityworks server.
I have tested {{SiteBaseUrl}} and {{APIUserToken}} separately and together. They do work in the same webhook, but only when the webhook is set as "Urgent" (meaning it bypasses the message queue service). When Urgent is not checked, I see this error in the message queue search:
{"Value":null,"Status":3,"Message":null,"ErrorMessages":[],"WarningMessages":[],"SuccessMessages":[]}
Status 3 is invalid credentials, which doesn't seem right because the webhook does work if I leave the Template the same and hard code the URL. The issue seems to be the {{SiteBaseUrl}} element.
In the Action Template, my URL is:
{{SiteBaseUrl}}/services/Ams/ServiceRequest/AddComments?
And the Template is:
data={"RequestId":"2019181","Comments":"Testing action manager, SiteBaseUrl, ApiUserToken, please ignore."}&token={{APIUserToken|16278}}
Any idea why it's not working? Also, we actually have three Cityworks sites on the same database: One for API users, one for built-in Cityworks authentication, and one for Windows authentication. How is the actual URL used as a {{SiteBaseUrl}} determined?
Here's my Action Template:
