    @bill poulin? Web application externalization if more more of a pure IT function, regardless of the web application, and something that should be coordinated with your IT department or a consultant. We do have the following Externalize Cityworks whitepaper with some options and examples that can help. Proxy servers are most commonly used, and some organizations restrict external access to certain IPs they whitelist.
