This previous article shows how to extend login timeout for older version of Cityworks by editing web.config. What about for 23.x, which doesn't seem to follow the same structure exactly? Logging in every ~2 hours feels annoying given nearly every other solution we use doesn't prompt this often. We are on 23.10 currently. I have my IIS app pool recycled every day at 6:00 am instead of after a given period of time. So the reference to the IIS app pool setting from the article is moot in my case? What other settings should I modify?

Side question: is there a way to remove this popup to allow cookies at the login page? It never remembers my selection. We are using ArcGIS Portal SSO option if that's relevant.
