Update a UCF via webhook

I'm trying to update Text2 with the string of "Yes" when the status is changed to On Call for a service request. My trigger works fine, but the webhook isn't updating Text2.

If put this into the browser it works. https://{server}/wsbcityworks/services/Ams/ServiceRequest/Update?data={"RequestId":17444,"Text2":"Yes"}

Below are my template details. MessageQueue shows the status as complete.

    With the help of Trimble support, I discovered that the webhook was firing correctly, but Cityworks’ core logic was overwriting the update immediately after it was applied. The fix was to use the Cityworks Message Queue Service (MQS) to introduce a slight delay, ensuring the webhook action was processed as the final operation in the system.

    To implement this:

    1. Install and configure MQS – Enter your site URL, credentials, and set the processing interval.
    2. Disable the "Urgent" flag in the webhook template.
    3. MQS will now process the webhook at set intervals, allowing the update to be committed without being overwritten.

    Once I made this adjustment, the webhook successfully updated the

    Text2

    field as expected. Hopefully, this helps anyone dealing with a similar issue!
