In terms of a Respond or Office Dashboard (like graphics and charts..etc.) Mobile doesn't have an "In-App" Dashboard view. If you are referring to saved searches display or queries, then that is something different.

My inbox in my mobile app is always blank, recent, errors blank. That is my major challenge. I dont want them to be blank anymore.

Depending on what version of the Mobile App and whether or not you are using Office Companion still or Respond there are different reasons. Please let us know what version you are on and whether you are trying to configure mobile saved searches in Office or Mobile Saved Queries in Respond.

This likely means that the Respond version utilized is 4.3. In this version Saved Queries are not available for mobile enablement. Respond 5.x is where Mobile enablement of Queries began within Query Management. https://help.cityworks.com/Respond/5-1/Content/Online/Queries/Queries.htm

Thank you for this. Can i possibly build separate queries for Cityworks Mobile? Would that possibly work?
