I am using Cityworks 15.8.9 on Prem and am using PLL. I have added a Map Layer to the GIS Data of all of my templates. How can I get the Maplayer to add to existing cases?
I have tried to export a list of all Open Cases and my GIS teams has run it through the GeoCoder and given me the value. I then imported it into a StagingTable and then used it to create the records in the templatemaplayer table and instancemaplayer respectively and they show up. Once done the application can no longer insert records in to those tables and does not add them to the new cases. Also if i try to remove the maplayer field and re-add it i get an error. I am guessing somewhere it's causing a problem with the ID field but can't find where the last used ID is stored.
