I am trying to figure out a way to directly import PACP 7 data into Cityworks. We are currently on 15.7.6 and we are upgrading to 15.8.9. Do I need to download the Cityworks Utility 3.0 add on?

Yes Evan. The Cityworks Utility is our data transfer tool for PACP data and version 3 is what you will need. Make sure you also get the user guide so that you can get it configured correctly.

@evan peters? The other options are to use our APIs or one of our CCTV Partners' (Cues, ITpipes, Pipelogix, POSM, SewerAI, WinCan) direct integrations that use our APIs @Joseph Macaluso?

@chris bracht? Where do I download Cityworks Utility? I can't seem to find it, maybe because I'm looking in the wrong spot. @steven sushka?@Joseph Macaluso? Is there a way to find out if we have the API or not? Are there other cities in North Texas that utilize this functionality that I could ask? We have a lot of data sitting in Granite that should be pushed to Cityworks

The CW Utility can be found on the 15.8.9 download page. It is in the "Download Files" section that is almost at the very bottom of that web page in MyCityworks.

Cues (Granite) has an API integration with us, but i am fairly certain that it is an added cost to your regular license, but depending on your license agreement I could be wrong about that. You would need to get that information from Cues.
