How are you keeping track of Street Sweeping KPIs between Cityworks and GIS data?

Hey all. We are having an issue keeping accurate track of our street sweeping records by road type that can be displayed in Power BI through Cityworks work orders and our GIS Road Centerlines data. There is a lot to unpack in this, but the short of it is that when using the addressable asset field function to send a 'date last swept' date to the same field in the GIS layer, it only keeps track of the most recent time that feature was swept.

We have a custom field that our crews fill out every day manually, but it only gives the total curb mileage, not a breakdown of the mileage by road type. I have an idea of a solution that I will be posting in the ideas page, but I wanted to ask if anyone else is keeping track of their MS4 Permit breakdown using Cityworks and how they were doing it. Thank you for your time!
