Has anyone had an issue with some layers being visible in Respond, but not in the mobile app (Cityworks 11.6 iOS)?
We are maintaining Cityworks for a client using 15.8.9. They are also using the latest iOS app (Cityworks 11.6).
We noticed that some map layers will appear when viewed in Respond. However, they do not appear when viewed in the iOS app. On both platforms, all of the layers are available in the legend, but for some reason, do not render when attempting to view from the iOS app.
This issue started about 2 weeks ago, and we've gotten complaints about this issue from 2 people so far.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
