.docx [WOMapLayerFieldName] does not work as expected?

I'm using 23.10 (Respond only, no Office Companion)

 

The PWAllFields.docx shows these available fields:

[WOMapLayerName]

[WOMapLayerFieldName]

[WOMapLayerFieldValue]

[WOMapLayerWorkOrderSid]

[WOMapLayerId]

 

[WOMapLayerFieldValue] (third column) works as expected, but [WOMapLayerFieldName] does not (second column) as seen below. These should be the field names of the Mapped Layer settings
