You are correct that Designer is not included in with Respond. The Admin plugin replaced Designer in the new Cityworks application platform - Cityworks 23. The only way to access Designer is through Office or the Office Companion. You still won't be able to access your Crystal Reports reports through Respond because they are not supported. See screenshot of post below from @steven sushka?. I'm still at a loss when it come to your Respond version number (11.41.12). We are running version 5.8 build 17.5.0 with Cityworks 23.10. Cityworks 23.11 is the latest release.

@ne obroh? Designer is only part of the Office/Office Companion applications as a menu item. Office is hardcoded into Cityworks 15.8.x and older sites, where you can access Office and Respond via the same site URL under the User Profile. However, the Office Companion application for a Cityworks 23.x site is optional and requires a separate install and site URL for the core Cityworks 23.x deployment. That's due to Office Companion still running on .NET 6, but the core Cityworks 23.x deployment running .NET Core. Furthermore, the new core Cityworks 23.x, site only supports HTML5 apps, such as Respond and Admin. As such, the Office Companion site with Designer might not be deployed with Cityworks 23.x, but if it is, there will be a separate site URL to access it from the core Cityworks 23.x site with all the HTML5 apps, like Respond and Admin.

You can see your Cityworks version on the login page. This KA has a nice diagram at the bottom showing the different Cityworks 23 deployment options.

Although there is an Only Office Companion option, I haven't known anyone to use it. Many clients install both Cityworks 23.x and Office Companion, or are just running the new core Cityworks 23.x with the HTML5 apps, such as Respond and Admin. With the new Trimble Unity Maintain and Permit solution, Office/OfficeCompanion with Designer goes completely away.
