Case Editing Security by role
Is there a way to control case editing permissions more granularly by Security Role group? I’m aware that admins can restrict which case types a user can apply for, but there’s a concern across departments: once a user has editing capabilities and searches an address, they appear to have access to all associated cases — regardless of case type or department.
Is there a way to limit editing access more specifically, so users can only modify cases relevant to their department or assigned role, even if they can view broader address-level results?
