Can you set Email event triggers based on a WO Projected Start Date or SR Projected Completion Date range?

We create service requests for notifying OPs of 23 month inspections and use the Projected completion date as the 23 month due date. It looks like you have to specify an actual date value but I wanted to see if there is a way to get a notification if the SR or WO dates are within a range like current week or month? Trying to get around using outlook as a reminder to create a SR in 23 months.

    I came across this post. The most recent support cases on this say that it is not possible within Cityworks. There may be a way with a 3rd-party processing software to keep track of the dates and trigger an email.

     

    There is this legacy Idea you can vote for and I'll suggest it on our new internal enhancement tracking system as well:
