Yes. You should be able to do that using the Apply To All functionality. You will need to create a search that returns the SRs you are interested in, then you select all of the ones you want to close and click the open activities button. This loads all of them into the form at the same time. Then check the box for Apply To All. Use the close function like usual and it should close all the SRs that you opened. Make sure that all and any required fields are filled out first though. If a required field isn't filled out it will stop the whole process.

Yes, if you have permission to close the service requests, you can select Apply to All and then Close them.

You shouldn't, no. Do you have the Inbox screen? You jsut need to go to the Request search screen and create a search that brings those SRs into the search results. Then select multiple SRs and click the Open button. Then you should be on the screen that Shanae is showing in her screenshot.
