I’m working on integrating Cityworks with Microsoft Power Automate using API calls, and I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to resolve.

Here’s the situation:

• I’ve been successfully sending API calls from Cityworks to Power Automate for most of the day. The integration was working fine, and the data was being processed as expected.
• Suddenly, the API calls from Cityworks to Power Automate stopped working altogether.

Here’s what I’ve tested so far:

1. Cityworks to Webhook.site: The same API call reaches Webhook.site without any issues, confirming that Cityworks is sending the call.
2. Postman to Power Automate: When I replicate the API call from Postman to Power Automate, it works perfectly.
3. Cityworks to Power Automate: This is where the calls are failing—nothing is triggering in Power Automate.
