I have a simple activity update that was working fine in 15.3, but has stopped working after upgrading to 15.8 for no apparent reason. The update is supposed to change the status of every new inspection for a couple inspection templates. If this were a webhook, I could look in the message queue for clues as to why it's failing, but it looks like Activity Updates leave no trace in the database of what they've done or not done.

The only difference I can see is that the activity update Event Details are configured differently in 15.8 than 15.3: In 15.3 there were three "Trigger" drop-downs, in 15.8 there's a list of Conditions at the bottom of the event details. It looks like the upgrade process took care of migrating my old trigger setup to the new style: the details look different but look like they should work the same. But they don't.

However, when I create a new inspection of either of those types, the Status stays as the default new inspection status for the domain and isn't updated to ADA_PENDING.
