Importation de famille

Suite à l'installation de Stabicad Revit, je ne peux pas l'utiliser. 

Si je veux importer un terminal de ventilation, par exemple, je reçois un message me disant que les familles doivent être installées séparément à partir de Stabicad ? J'avoue ne pas comprendre ce que je dois faire !

    Your collegaue Jean-Luc Fabre should be able to download the families (since only 1 can be the software manager in a company). If Jean-Luc Fabre logs in, he can download the families which you can use.

     

    If your collegaue is not available, could you please let me know the StabiBASE version that you are running?

    C'est moi qui devrait être le gestionnaire du logiciel puisque c'est moi l'utilisatrice.

     

    La version de stabibase est 12.02.0.978 FR
