Hello, is it possible to load my own ductwork families (e.g. DOMUS, DUCTMASTER RIGID, etc)?

I am mainly designing residential apartments using a 220x90 and 204x60 plastic ductwork, either DOMUS or DUCTMASTER Ridgi products.

I've checked the StabiCAD ventilation default parameters and it looks like the ventilation design is based on a DW144 ductwork, which is galvanised, therefore, once I am running the calculations on Stabicad the solution is to convert my plastic ductwork system to random sizes.

 

How can I fix that?

    Hi Ioannis,

     

    You could try to make some changes in the size table in Revit. In Manage > MEP Settings > Mechanical Settings you can uncheck sizes in the 'used in Sizing' list. Only the checked sizes are used for resizing in the calculations.
