Cannot access Electrical Socket Families from StabiCad Palette.

Hi, Our company recently acquired Stabicad for Revit. We have installed, StabiBASE, StabiCad, MEP Content browser, Builders work openings, and downloaded all Revit families from StabiCad/Trimble downloads. 

 

I cannot use the socket Revit families from the Pallete. Even though they are downloaded and installed on our network. I can access Distribution boards and fire alarm, just not sockets. Any ideas are much appreciated!

    Update, The problem is fixed.

     

    Relocated the network folder to Stabicad, regenerated the folder structure to a valid layout. Placed revit families within Stabicad/Families/ELECTRICAL/"Revit Version: 2024".

     

    Found that some revit families were missing from the download pack from trimble directly.
