    To export an IFC from Autocad you will need Stabicad 11.06, in this version there is extra functionality where you can export your Stabicad elements towards an IFC. Note here that you can only export your Stabicad elements. 11.06 is the version which supports IFC-export for mechanical elements, the upcoming version 11.08 will also support electrical Stabicad elements.

     

    Autocad Architecture also supports IFC-exports, but this is only an export on geometry, not the information behind the geometry.
